At 57, he currently serves as the CEO of Olive Construction Group, which he has successfully led through numerous large-scale projects across various sectors. Renowned for his technical expertise and leadership skills, Mr. Andre has played a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure developments over the past two decades. Throughout his career, he has overseen and delivered a wide range of complex engineering projects, earning a strong reputation for quality, efficiency, and innovation. His deep understanding of project management and construction standards has made him a trusted name in the industry. Mr. Andre is currently contributing his expertise as a subcontractor on the prestigious Rail Baltica project — a major trans-European rail initiative — where he continues to demonstrate his commitment to excellence and sustainable infrastructure development.

In 2001, Andre Oliver Williams founded Olive Construction Group & Company, bringing almost 30 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management.
